ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para No.7(iii) in Crl.O.P.No.13234 of 2026 dated on 20.05.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in para No.7(iii) in Crl.O.P.No.13234 of 2026 dated on 20.05.2026 is modified to the effect that " the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for investigation.
