Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.14670 of 2021 dated on 18/08/2021 that the petitioner shall make a non refundable deposit of Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees one lakh only) to the credit of the Chief Education Officer, Chengalpatttu District. (Crl.M.P.No.10243/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.14670/2021) (i) To Extend the time passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.14670 of 2021 dated on 18/08/2021 That the petitioner is directed to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen days from date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Chengalpattu. 14670/2021) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.CHANDRU, Advocate for the petitioner, [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 18.08.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.14670 of 2021, wherein, the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.

prejudice to his defence before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Chengalpattu, in Crime No.425 of 2021.

2. The petitioner was involved in illegal possession of Brandy bottles and he is also facing twenty previous cases. Earlier the petitioner filed anticipatory bail application in Crl.O.P.No.12079 of 2021 and the same was dismissed by this Court on 13.07.2021. Again the petitioner filed second anticipatory bail application in Crl.O.P.No.14670 of 2021. Since the petitioner on his own volition accepted to deposit a sum or Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees One Lakh Only) for welfare measure, anticipatory bail was granted and the petitioner accepted to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- this court had granted anticipatory bail. In such backdrop, it is not open to the petitioner to come before this Court and state that the condition is onerous.
