ORDER

The petitioner is the wife, who is facing proceedings in HMOP.No.336 of 2025, before the Additional Principal Family Court at Coimbatore.

Citing personal inconvenience and difficulties in appearing before the Additional Principal Family Court at Coimbatore, the petitioner has come forward with the transfer CMP, seeking transfer of the proceedings to the file of the Sub-Court, Manaparai, Trichy District. 3.

Learned Counsel for the respondent / husband would fairly submit that the respondent has no serious objection for the transfer CMP being ordered as prayed for by the petitioner / wife. 4.

Independently, I have also gone through the affidavit filed in support of the transfer CMP and satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner for seeking transfer of the matrimonial proceedings. 5.

In view of the above, coupled with the fair submission made by the learned Counsel for the respondent / husband, this Transfer CMP is allowed. Accordingly, HMOP.No.336 of 2025 is withdrawn from the file of the Additional Principal Family Court at Coimbatore and transferred to the Sub-Court, Manaparai, Trichy District.

The Additional Principal Family Court, Coimbatore is directed to send the entire records relating to HMOP.No.336 of 2025 to Sub-Court, Manaparai, Trichy District forthwith.

In the result, the Transfer CMP is allowed. The Sub-Court, Manaparai, Trichy District is directed to take up the HMOP.No.336 of 2025 and dispose of the same expeditiously, in a manner known to law. No costs.
