This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents police to give police protection to the petitioner and to consider the representation dated 28.11.2020.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, it is pending on the file of the second respondent.

3. Considering the above said submission the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5 herein and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, dispose of the representation, dated 28.11.2020, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
