Seeking to quash the case in Crime No.457 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent, the petitioner has come up with this criminal original petition.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed. According to him, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, has, in fact, taken cognizance of offences in C.C.No.277 of 2016.

3. Recording the same, this original petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
