2. C.M.P.No.19660 of 2022 has been filed to condone the delay of 3187 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant in the above Second Appeal.

3. C.M.P.No.19661 of 2022 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole appellant in the above Second Appeal.

4. C.M.P.No.19663 of 2022 has been filed to bring on record the petitioners/proposed appellants 2 to 6 herein, as the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant and rank them as appellants 2 to 6 in the above Second Appeal.

5. C.M.P.No.19665 of 2022 has been filed to set aside the dismissal order dated 19.12.2018 and restore the above Second Appeal.

7. Mr.K.R.A.Muthukrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that he has no objection for ordering these petitions.

8. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, in C.M.P.Nos.19659, 19660, 19661, 19663 & 19665 of 2022 are ordered.

9. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in S.A.No.2055 of 2004 within the period of two weeks and post the matter on 23.01.2023 for final hearing.
