ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the First to Four Respondents in connection with the order of rejection dated 03.06.2002 issued by the Third Respondent relying on the earlier order of 21.06.1999 and quash the same and direct the First to Four Respondents to place the Petitioner above the Fifth Respondent Mr.Ramasubramaniam in the seniority list of 21.06.1999 in accordance with law.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Ms.M. Ezhilarasi, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the relief sought in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. She has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court records.
