] These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 463 days in filing the above Review Applications.

2.Though this Court finds that the reasons are not appropriate to explain the whole delay, having regard to the facts narrated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, this Court is unable to discard some of the reasons stated in the affidavit for condoning the delay. Considering the law settled in this aspect, showing leniency in favour of the petitioner, the delay is condoned and these petitions are ordered.

3.Registry is directed to number the Review Applications, if the papers are otherwise in order, and list the same for admission on 24.09.2024 at 3.30 p.m.
