Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records relating to the detention order vide BCDFGISSSV No.224/2023 dated 12.06.2023, passed by the second respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioner's husband namely Nagu @ Nagaraj, Son of Ravi, aged 30 years, (who is presently undergoing detention in the Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai), before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, stated that the impugned order of detention passed against the detenu herein has been revoked. He also produced a copy of the G.O.Rt.No.4064, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department dated 26.07.2023 before this Court.

2. In view of the above, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed as infructuous.
