ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner has made a representation on 15.06.2018 inter alia contending that the proposed clearance operation to be undertaken by the sixth respondent pursuant to the auction held is within the prohibited distance mandated under Rule 36 of the Tamil Nadu Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1959. Seeking appropriate action, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.We do not propose to go into the merits of the case. Admittedly, the complaint made by the petitioner is pending consideration with the respondents. In such view of the matter, we direct the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation dared 15.06.2018 made by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
