ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.033677/A3/E1/2023 dated 30.06.2023 issued by the second respondent transferring the petitioner from the Dharmapuri to Nilgris District.

2. It is the case of the writ petitioner that he is working as Personal Assistant to District Educational Officer, Harur, Dharmpuri District. Further, on 03.05.2023, he was placed under suspension by the second respondent. Hence, he made representation to the second respondent seeking to revoke the suspension on the medical ground that he has undergone kidney transplantation, thereafter, by order dated 30.06.2023, the second respondent revoked the suspension on the condition of transfer at Nilgris District. Hence, challenging the transfer order, this writ petition has come up before this Court. 3.On 12.07.2023, this Court directed the respondents to find out whether there is a vacancy in the other stations. Now the report has been filed to the effect that two vacancies are available, they are, one at Mayiladuthurai and another at Nagapattinam.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of joining 2/4

in those places, he will join at Nilgris District. It is also stated that from 01.08.2023, the vacancy will be arising at Ranipet and Kallakurichi District and the petitioner may be accommodated in any of these places.

5. Such view of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's health conditions and pass orders suitably. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
