This undertaking was also recorded by the respondent police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the parties were called for an enquiry and enquiry has also been completed.

3.In view of the above development, no further orders are necessary to be passed in these petitions, in view of the specific undertaking given by the counter party. 4.In the result, the Crl.O.P.No.19167 of 2019 and W.P.No.22817 of 2019 are disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
