O R D E R

(The order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU.,J ) The petitioner is the father of one Ms.Bharathi, Female, aged 17 years. On the allegation that she has been found missing from 25.05.2016, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the detenue has been produced before this Court by the respondent Police.

3.We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and we have also perused the records carefully. 4.The petitioner is also present before this Court. The detenue informed this Court that since, she was harassed by her parents, on her own volition, she went out of her parental home and stayed in her relative's house. It is reported by her that now, she is willing to go back to her parental house and to lead a happy life with her parents.

5.This Court directs the petitioner to keep the detenue in a cool and calm atmosphere. The petitioner would submit that he would ensure the welfare of the detenue who is a minor girl. The said statement is also recorded.

6.In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of entrusting the custody of the minor girl/detenue by name Ms.S.Bharathi, aged 17 years to the petitioner for safety custody.
