This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 545 days in representing the appeal.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to the following condition:

"the petitioners/appellants are directed to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the credit of "Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras", on or before 17.08.2023".

3. Post the matter on 24.08.2023 for reporting compliance.
