ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petition enquiry is pending before the law enforcing agency and made a request to direct the law enforcing agency to refer the matter to the Social Welfare Officer for mediation in between the parties.

2. As per the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the law enforcing agency to place the matter before the Social Welfare Officer along with its report and on such reference, the Social Welfare Officer is directed to conduct mediation within a period of four weeks and thereafter, the law enforcing agency shall decide the matter in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
