(Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN, J.) The petitioner is the father of detenue, namely, M.Manju, aged about 19 years. Alleging that she is found missing from 23.05.2016, he

kua made a complaint before the respondent police and since the detenue was not traced, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the detenue, namely, M.Manju. On enquiry, she stated that on her own, she left the house of the second respondent. Now, she is willing to go with the petitioner. The petitioner and his wife are also present and they are willing to take the child.

3. In the light of the above, no order is required to be passed in this petition and this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. kua (S.N.J.,) (V.B.D.J.,) 23.6.2016 To
