Respondent Prayer: Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the II Additional SubOrdinate Judge at Villupuram to consider the petitioner's petition in SC No.161 of 2019 in Crime No.284 of 2010 to recall the Non-Bailable warrant issued against the petitioner on 12.08.2016 on the same day.

ORDER

The counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition and undertakes to file a memo to that effect.
