ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable u/s. 498(A), 506(i) of IPC r/w. Sec.4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.14 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that A1 is the husband of the defacto complainant. After the marriage, A1 and other accused persons demanded dowry of Rs.10,00,000/- and 50 sovereigns of gold from the defacto complainant and driven her away from the matrimonial home. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner did not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that already co-accused enlarged on bail. Hence he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that this is the second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner. Earlier this court dismissed the anticipatory bail petition in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crl.OP.No.17366 of 2021 dated 20.09.2021. However, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering that the earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed by this Court and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. -sd/- 01/11/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
