CMP.No.7666/2016 in CMA.No.578/2016 HGRJ & KRCBJ This petition is filed praying to modify the earlier order of this Court passed in CMP.No.4775/2016 dated 17.3.2016, in particular, change of place of visit of the father.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/father, the venue of the visit is changed from the Mediation Centre to the Child Centre, Family Court, Madras.

4. Except for the change in venue of visit, the other directions stated in order dated 17.3.2016 remain intact until further orders.

5. This CMP is ordered on the above terms.
