ASHA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 68 days in filing the Second Appeal against the decree and judgment dated 09.09.2021 made in A.S.No.21 of 2020 passed by the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Erode at Gobichettipalayam confirming the decree and Judgment dated 21.02.2020 passed in O.S.No.190 of 2014 on the file of Sub-Ordinate Judge, Erode at Gobichettipalayam.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ appellant. Though notice have been served on the respondents, they have not entered appearance.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 68 days in filing the above Appeal in SA.SR.No.84384 of 2022 is condoned.
