This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7892 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5778 of 2023 dated 15.06.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, petitioner had not complied with the condition.

3. In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner has not complied with the condition, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
