This petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.542 of 2023 for the alleged offence under Sections 419, 465, 468, 471, 420, 294(b), 307, 506(ii) IPC & 25(1)(a) of the Arms Act.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is not an accused in this case.

3.Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the respondent police shall not any coercive steps against the petitioner in Crime No.542 of 2023.
