This Civil Revision Petition arises against the fair and decretal order dated 09.11.2012 passed in I.A.No.992 of 2009 in H.M.O.P.No.627 of 2008 on the file of Family Court, Coimbatore.

2. When the case was listed on 15.02.2022, there was no representation made on the side of the petitioner and this Court, passed an order directing the Registry to list the matter on 22.02.2022, under the caption "for dismissal".

3. Even today, i.e.22.02.2022, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P. (NPD).No.4354 of 2012 stands Dismissed for non-prosecution.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
