ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings pending against the petitioner in S.C. No.29 of 2014 on the file of the learned Additional District & Sessions JudgeII, Poonamallee.

2. This Court had made attempts to compromise the dispute between the parties. However, the compromise is not going through and therefore, the case has to go on before the Court below on merits.

In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Poonamallee to dispose of S.C No.29 of 2014 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Immediately, on receipt of this order, the accused persons shall be summoned and charges shall be framed and trial shall be conducted on a day-today basis. The trial Court shall ensure that the case is completed within the time stipulated by this Court.
