O.A.No.728 of 2020 P.T. ASHA, J, Today, the photographs have been produced on the side of the respondent. A perusal of it does not disclose that the design is specific and exclusive only for the Railways and the name of the Railways is not embossed on the product.

2.It is informed by the learned counsel for the applicant that they have sent the Section 21 notice invoking arbitration yesterday to the respondent.

3.Therefore, the interim orders granted shall continue till the disposal of the Arbitral proceedings. It is made clear that the Railways shall ensure that the product is kept in a safe place under their custody till the disposal of the Arbitration proceedings.
