This Application has been filed by the plaintiff seeking permission to file a string of documents as additional documents. These documents include copies of circular issued by the Secretary dated 27.10.2020, letter calling for Extra-ordinary General Meeting dated 11.01.2021, letter rejecting the said requisition, a notice seeking calling for Extra-ordinary General Meeting and a documents relate to C.S.No. 159 of 2021 and O.S.A.No. 316 of 2021.

In effect, all these documents relate to either correspondences between the plaintiff and the defendants or the judicial proceedings between the plaintiff and the defendants. There can be no quarrel about their authenticity. 3.

In the affidavit filed, it had been stated that these documents are required to decide the dispute and also to prove the bona fide of the case of the plaintiff.

Without entering into any further discussion, subject to admissibility, proof and relevancy, the documents are permitted to be taken on record. If there is no doubt about the authenticity, copies of the documents may also be marked as Exhibits. 5.

With the above observations, this Application is allowed.
