ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of the case in Page No.1 of 4

H.M.O.P.No.1584 of 2024, pending on the file of the II Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondents in this civil revision petition, notice to the respondents is dispensed with by this Court.

3. The petitioner is the husband and the 1st respondent is the wife. As seen from the documents filed along with this revision, the 1st respondent has already filed counter statement before the Family Court. However, according to the petitioner, several adjournments have been granted without any progress in H.M.O.P.No.1584 of 2024.

4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties, if a direction is issued to the II Additional Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.1584 of 2024, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

For the foregoing reasons, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by directing the II Additional Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.1584 of 2024, within a period of eight (8) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
