Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.GNANA BANU, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 02.09.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.15512 of 2021 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner did not comply the condition imposed on him by order dated 02.09.2021.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
