Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in paragraph 6 of the order dated 26.08.2021 passed in the above Crl.O.P.No. 14217 & 14174 of 2021 by stating that to the satisfaction court as Learned Judicial Magistrate No. V, Salem instead of Learned Judicial Magistrate, Karur. [IN CRL MP.Nos.10762 & 10763 of 2021 IN CRL OP.NOs.14217 & 14174 of 2021] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.DHAYALESWARAN, Advocate for the Petitioner [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] the court made the following order:-

The Petitioners have filed these petitions seeking to modify the satisfaction Court in paragraph 6 of the order dated 26.08.2021 made in Crl.O.P.Nos.14217 and 14174 of 2021 respectively. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that inadvertantly, the petitioners have mentioned the satisfaction Court as learned Judicial Magistrate, Karur, in the criminal original petitions, hence, the mistake crept in paragraph 6 of the order dated 26.08.2021 made in Crl.O.P.Nos.14217 and 14174 of 2021, whereas, the correct satisfaction Court is learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Salem and prayed this Court to modify the satisfactory Court. 3.Heard the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the satisfaction Court in paragraph 6 of the order dated 26.08.2021 made in Crl.O.P.Nos.14217 and 14174 of 2021, namely, 'learned Judicial Magistrate, Karur'

is modified to the effect that 'learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Salem'

The other conditions remain unaltered.

5.These petitions are accordingly ordered.
