3/2021 before the concerned Magistrate within a case before the trail court and pass such further order or orders as this Honble Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S DURAIKKAN S.PHILIP Advocate for the petitioner and of NO APPEARANCE on behalf of the 2nd Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to modify the conditional amount imposed in the order dated 26.08.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.12426 of 2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the amount imposed by this Court is exorbitant and the petitioner is not able to pay the amount and prayed to modify the condition.

4.Since the petitioner has on own volition agreed to pay the conditional amount this Court did not cancel the anticipatory bail granted to him, hence, filing of petition seeking to modify the conditional amount later is not sustainable. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for in this petition. 5.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to grant further time to comply with the order dated 26.08.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.12426 of 2021.

6.This petition is dismissed. However, considering the request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, time granted by this Court in the order dated 26.08.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.12426 of 2021 is further extended by a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
