[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU,J] The petitioner is the husband of one Anita. On the allegation that she has been found missing from 11.04.2016 onwards, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

Today, the 1st respondent produced the detenue before this Court. She would state that she had gone to the hospital and without verifying the same, her husband lodged a complaint to the 1st respondent police and now, she expressed her willingness to go along with her husband.

The petitioner-husband, who was also present before this Court, was willing to take her with him to continue to lead the matrimonial life.

In view of the above, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
