This criminal revision has been filed seeking to set aside the order dated 18.06.2019 passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee in Crl.M.P.No.1998 of 2019. 2.When this Court was about to dismiss the case on merits with exemplary costs, since this Court did not find any infirmity in the well considered order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.
