No. TNAKA/ 50/ 2026/ 2027 dated 25.05.2026 issued by the 5th respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 5th respondent to undertake and complete compliance with the National sports development code of India, 2011 and Paragraph 62 of the judgment dated 10.02.2023 passed in W.P.(C) No.8915 of 2019 before initiating any election process and the directions issued by this Honble Court in W.P. No.3447 of 2019 dated 19.01.2022 as affirmed in W.A. No.
1202 of 2022 including verification of registration, constitutional compliance age and tenure restrictions, transparency requirements and eligibility of all affiliated member district associations before initiating any election process and further appoint an independent Administrator, preferably a retired judge of this Honble court, to take charge of and administer the affairs of the 5th respondent, verify the legal status and eligibility of its affiliated member district Associations oversee implementation of the National sports Development code of India, 2011 supervise amendment of the constitution/ bye-laws of the 5th respondent and its affiliated member District Associations in conformity with law, prepare a valid Electoral college in accordance with the National sports code and the judicial directions governing sports administration and thereafter conduct free, fair and transparent elections in accordance with law.

ORDER
Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Bundle.
2. Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No Costs.
