The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 296(b), 118(1), 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 in Crime No.354 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) reported that the accused person had been arrested.
3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), that the accused person had been arrested, there is no question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in accordance with law.
