This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 6[b] imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13378 of 2024 vide order dated 10.06.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Learned counsel for the intervenor objected for modifying the condition imposed by this Court.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is inclined to modify the condition 6[b] as follows :- "the petitioner shall stay at Tirunelveli and report before the Inspector of Police, Palayamkottai Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter, report before the respondent Police every Saturday at 10.30am for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation."

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
