Crl.OP.No.15746 of 2023 Crl.O.P.No.15746 of 2023 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN.J., The petitioner namely Vetrikondan, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 294(b), 417, 506(ii) of IPC, 1860 in Crime No.Not Known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, on the basis of the complaint given by one Mangaiyarkarasi, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed for the reason that, issue involved is civil in nature. Parties were directed to approach the Civil Court for appropriate remedy.
3. In the light of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that there is no petition enquiry or FIR is pending against the petitioner, this Court is of the view that, it is not necessary for passing any positive order in this petition.
