K.M.Gowdappa v. Puttappaswamy Seva Ashramam

CMP No.13876 of 2026 in SA Sr No.48699 of 2022 S.SOUNTHAR, J.

This petition has been filed seeking to amend the cause title to substitute the name of Vice President of the 1st respondent Ashramam in the place of deceased President K.N.Narayanappa.

It is seen from the affidavit filed in support of the petition that the first respondent Ashramam's members have not passed any resolution with respect to its next President. It is also stated that the Vice President of Ashramam, namely Babu, s/o Munisamy Reddy is managing the Ashramam.

In view of the said averments, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to effect the amendment in the cause title.
