The petitioner filed the present Revision challenging the order made in M.P.No.

of in RC.No.148/Sec.Pro/DCP/MVM/2020 dated 29.10.2020 by which the petitioner was ordered to be kept in prison under Section 122 (1b) of the Criminal Procedure Code for violating the conditions of the bail bond under Section 110 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

2. It is seen from the order passed by the Learned Executive Magistrate cum Assistant Commissioner of Police, Madhavaram that the petitioner has already undergone 256 days of imprisonment and thus, he is directed to be kept in prison for the balance https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

109 days out of 365 days which is the period of imprisonment for violation of the conditions of bail bond, which has been proved by evidence and witnesses.

3. Therefore nothing survives in the present Revision. Hence, this revision case is dismissed.
