The Criminal Revision has been filed to call for the records pertaining to R.C.S.No.66 of 2016 dated 22.03.2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai and set aside the same and further direct the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai to pass an order after providing opportunity of hearing by way of protest Petition.

2. When the matter was listed on 04.03.2022, there was no representation, thereby the matter was listed under the caption "For dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the Petitioner. Hence, the Crl.R.C.No.249 of 2016 is dismissed for non prosecution.
