The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to return the registered Trust Deed in Document No.203/2023, dated 16.11.2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent to him.

2. The petitioner herein presented a Trust Deed dated 16.11.2023 for registration before the 2nd respondent and the said document was registered as Document No.203/2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent. It is asserted by the petitioner that even after registration, the 2nd respondent failed to return the original document of the petitioner. It is vehemently contented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the 2nd respondent has no authority to withhold the document after registration process completed.

3. Mr.B.Vijay, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that if the petitioner approach the 2nd respondent seeking return of the document, the registered Trust Deed will be released. The said statement is recorded.

4. In view of the above statement made by the learned Additional 2/4

Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, it is for the petitioner to approach the 2nd respondent and to seek release of the Trust Deed in accordance with law.
