ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 20.02.2023 and to pass such 1/4

further or other orders to measure the land Comprised Survey No.262/3B1 and Patta No.751, Kozhumanivakkam Village presently Kundrathur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 20.02.2023 with a request for surveying the petitioner's property which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since, no adverse order is passed against the private respondents, notice to them is dispensed with.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.02.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested 2/4

persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
