The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 394 IPC, in Crime No.536 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused waylaid the defacto complainant and robbed a sum of Rs.1,000/- and also attacked him with iron rod. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he is no way connected with the alleged offence. Therefore, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are two accused in this case in which, the petitioner is arrayed as A2 and the petitioner is having two previous cases against him. He further submitted that there is no change of circumstance after dismissal of the

earlier petition. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the above fact and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the fact that there is no change of circumstance after dismissal of the earlier petition, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
