ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 10.06.2024 and to appoint a 1/4

surveyor to measure the land Comprised in Survey No.514/18, 514/19, 514/20A, 514/20B situated at No.5, Morai Village, Ambattur Taluk, Tiruvallur District.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 10.06.2024 seeking for conducting survey, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.06.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, subject to payment of requisite fees. 2/4

Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
