Pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in Application Nos. 373 to 377 of 2024 on 18.07.2024, the warrant has been successfully executed and the vehicles were re-possessed and handedover to the applicant. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that individually awards have also been passed on 20.07.2024. Till date there has been no Section 34 Petition against the said awards. 3.

However, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would seek accommodation of this Court for them to settle the dispute between the parties. 4.

Since the awards have already been passed against the respective respondents, I do not find any necessity to keep these applications any further.
