O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.) This Civil Revision Petition is filed only for early disposal of M.A.No.163 of 2023 in O.A.No.424 of 2014 on the file of the Debt Recovery Tribunal-III, Chennai.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent has no serious objection for early disposal of the proceedings before the Debt Recovery Tribunal-III, Chennai.

3.Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer in this Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the

contentions of either parties in the application, this Court directs the Debt Recovery Tribunal-III, Chennai, to dispose of M.A.No.163 of 2023 in O.A.No.424 of 2014, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
