ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 6.30 p.m., until further orders imposed in the order dated 29.04.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.11062 of 2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.11062 of 2026 dated 29.04.2026. Accordingly, the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders" is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.
