(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The submission sought to be made by the review applicant / petitioner is that the order of which review is sought mentions that the employees were not troubled by the Rules, as none chose to challenge the amendment of 2007. It is submitted by the learned counsel that this amendment has, in fact, assailed in the year 2013 as violative of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India. 2.We may note that there are two aspects to this issue. Firstly, what is conveyed in the order is that at least from 2007 to 2013, there was no challenge laid. Secondly, this was not an aspect which troubled the parties even in the course of arguments. If we may say, the learned counsel appearing then was more than satisfied with the result likely to follow and therefore, made his submissions in a confined area. The learned counsel now appearing is not the same who addressed on that date.

3.Now the applicant / petitioner again seeks review of the issue when all we have said is that we will not change the situation retrospectively.

4.We find no error apparent on the face of record to permit review.

5.Review Application stands dismissed.
