ORDER
This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties and to comply with the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court, vide order dated 24.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.930 of 2025. 1/4

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been arrayed as an accused in another Crime No.620 of 2024 on the file of the Saravanampatti Police Station, Coimbatore and subsequently, he was granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 16.04.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.929 of 2025 with conditions to execute sureties and to report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. He also submitted that the petitioner is also arrayed as an accused in another Crime No.482 of 2024 on the file of Kovilpalayam Police station, Coimbatore, for which he is appearing before the Kovilpalayam Police station regularly. Therefore, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time period, as per the order of this Court and to comply with the condition to report before the respondent police, therefore sought for extension of time to furnish sureties and to modify the condition of reporting before the respondent police imposed on the petitioner by this Court, vide order dated 24.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.930 of 2025.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition even once.

Considering the submissions of both sides, the nature of offence and the fact that the petitioner is arrayed as an accused in three different crime numbers in three different police stations regularly, this Court is inclined to extent the time by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, to execute sureties and further the condition imposed on the petitioner herein in para No.7(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of every week at 5:00 p.m., until further orders. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
