(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Ms.M.Rakhi, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.Thirumalai Balaji, learned counsel for the fifth respondent.

2. The petitioner has prayed that directions be issued to respondents 1 to 4 to remove the illegal encroachment made by the fifth respondent on Government/Gramanatham land bearing Survey No.994/13 at S.Mudduganapalli Village, Hosur Taluk,

3. The learned Government Advocate representing respondents 1 to 4 has stated that in relation to the said encroachment, notice under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 has been issued to the fifth respondent.

4. Thus, it is seen that the authorities are taking action in relation to the encroachment.
