2. In the support affidavit, no averment has been made in support of dispense with prayer. However, Mr.Murugesh Kasivel, learned counsel for petitioner/writ petitioner submits that the impugned notice has been misplaced and therefore, original could not be filed. A photo copy of the impugned order has been filed. Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that the original impugned notice will be located shortly and it will be produced, if called upon to do so.
